UPDATE, MAY 13: Former school board member Cynthia Munyon won $100 for one of her three photos of daughter Catherine Dilley and her date Tommy Weaver.

Munyon's photos were among about a dozen submitted from Urbandale's 2012. The other 44 photos were from a 2011 prom, submitted to Urbandale Patch as well as to websites across the country by Albert Morales. You can read more about how a New Jersey website uncovered Morales' photo posting spree. 

WHAT WE WROTE ORIGINALLY:

Saturday is Urbandale High School prom — a peak photo opp in a teenager's life.

And who doesn't love to see photos of these young people, all dressed up on a lovely spring evening, their dates on their arm, ready for their high school prom. 

To help celebrate this special event in life, Urbandale Patch Patch wants you to share your photos.

Even if you don't have prom photos to share, if you know the teens in these photos, please share something about them in the comments boxes!

If you're the prom-goer, a parent, sibling, friend or relative, you can upload your Urbandale High School 2012 Prom photos to this article beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday and continuing until midnight Sunday, May 6.

It's easy to do. Make sure you're a Patch user by clicking on Join in the upper right-hand corner of the our home page. Once you've signed in, come back to this article and click on the box above that says "Upload Photos and Video."

After a week, we'll randomly select one photo. The person who submitted it wins $100. It's just that simple.

Our lawyers, however, want you to know these things:

• The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia who are 16 and older.
• To enter, upload as many Urbandale 2012 prom photos as you like to this article . Each photo counts for one entry in the drawing for the prize.
• All entries must be received by midnight May 6, 2012, Central Time.
• You may enter as many times as you like.
• One winner will be selected in a random drawing.
• The winner will receive $100 in Visa gift cards and will be notified via the email address they use to join Patch. A new winner will be drawn if the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days.
