The J-Hawks are returning to the State Tournament for the first time since 2009.

The Urbandale J-Hawks begin their road to a championship today.
The J-Hawks (17-6) take on Bettendorf (23-0) at 2:45 p.m. at Wells Fargo Arena in the first round of 4A play at the state tournament.
While the Bulldogs are undefeated the J-Hawks are ready for their first state game since 2009.
