Seeking More Space, Home-Based Business Opens Storefront
Business started with vinyl decals, but includes other goods and services in new retail store.
The Vinyl Studio, which just opened at 7901 Douglas Ave., started five years ago as a home-business offering vinyl decals.
Now, owner Candi Ladwig has moved her small business to a storefront offering the vinyl decals she started out offering, but also custom apparel and spirit wear, the Des Moines Register reported.
“The business got way too big for our house,” Ladwig said.
