Deerfield Retirement Community Welcomes Culinary Students from Central Campus

Chef Matt Brinkman oversees the finishing touches on KaLani Hill and Dan Carpenter’s tilapia dish. Chef Elaine Wolf, a teacher in the Central Campus culinary arts program, joined her students on the field trip to Deerfield Retirement Community in Urbandale.
