Mark Your Calendars: Free Back to School Health Fair Will Be July 15
Services offered include physicals, dental and vision screenings.
Waukee Area Christian Services will be holding a free back to school health fair on Monday, July 15.
The event will take place at 1155 S.E. Boone Dr. in Waukee, in the lower level of Westview Church. It will be held from 5-7 p.m. Area residents will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Included in the services at the fair are:
School physicals
Dental screenings
Vision screenings
Immunizations
Lead testing
Hair cuts
Health insurance information, including Hawk-I applications
Family Community Agency referrals as needed
