Police Officer Encouraged Cheating on a Steamy National Night Out

The best gig at the National Night Out in Urbandale Tuesday may have been at the dunk tank, where police officers encouraged kids to hit the "dunk button" with their hands if they missed with the ball.


Some estimates put the crowd at the Urbandale Police Department's National Night Out at around 1,500 – despite muggy temperatures around 90.
