Thanks for all the security

Yea, I know...We don't have any privacy from the government anymore. But that's OK, because we feel SO secure now, right?

Because we just go after terrorists and bad guys, and there are "secret courts" that oversee our domestic surveillance, and we always make sure there is suspicion or probable cause first.

Verizon is now providing ALL call records (yours too) to the government under court order. The privacy policy that was part of their contract with you is worthless.

The order requires Verizon "to provide the NSA with daily information on all telephone calls by its customers within the United States.... information about all call detail records . . . created by Verizon for communications between the United States and abroad; or wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls.”

Stunning.

Your wife may not know you called your girlfriend last night, but Susan Rice and Barack Obama know. And it's part of your file now.
